I specialize in working with children, college students, and young adults experiencing
anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, life transitions, school-related stress, and
challenges with social-emotional development.
With children, I take a creative and developmentally sensitive approach by incorporating
elements of play therapy, expressive arts, and strengths-based strategies to help them
explore emotions, develop coping skills, and feel empowered in their growth. I believe
that including caregivers and educators in the therapeutic process helps ensure
consistent support across environments.
When working with college students, and young adults, I utilize person-centered and
solution-focused approaches to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and
safe to explore their experiences. I integrate cognitive behavioral tools, expressive
techniques, and open dialogue to help individuals build insight, resilience, and
confidence.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across a
range of settings. I began early childhood education as a pre-K and Montessori teacher,
where I nurtured emotional development and built meaningful relationships with both
children and their caregivers. As I continued my graduate studies, my work expanded
into higher education, where I supported high school, college students, and young
adults. In these roles, I helped individuals access resources, navigate challenges, and
work toward their personal goals.

Why I do what I do!
My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep love for working with children and
witnessing their growth in everyday moments. In early childhood education, I was most
drawn to the emotional connections I formed, helping kids navigate feelings, build
resilience, and feel safe expressing who they are.
Later, working with college students and young adults deepened my passion for
supporting people through life’s transitions. Whether navigating identity, relationships, or
mental health challenges, I saw how meaningful it is to have a space to feel heard,
understood, and supported.
Therapy allows me to offer that space to all individuals. I chose this field because I
believe in the power of connection and that healing happens in safe, supportive
relationships. It’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they grow into more
confident versions of themselves.

In my free time I love traveling and experiencing different cultures around the world. I
also cherish spending time with my family, friends, and my two fur babies, Midnight and
Stormi! When I need a moment to recharge, I enjoy a good workout class.
