We begin with a grounding meditation to allow quieting of thoughts, softening of the body and opening the heart to feeling. We then explore two artfully mindful directives, molding with model magic and drawing or coloring Zentangles. Zentangles offersthe practiced doodler or the unskilled artist an opportunity to explore the value of repetitive patterns to create an intricate yet meditative work of art. Sharing at the end of a workshop is always invited but never required.

Paint Pour & Explore
We provide the unique opportunity for any artist, expert or beginner to create a mesmerizing piece of artwork. We engage in a process of letting go and releasing what is no longer required of us, emotionally, mentally and physically.
Time needed: 1 hour.
Supply fee for 10 participants: $75
Workshop Fee: 1 hour plus travel $185. (fee is based on 15min increments if requesting more time)

This workshop offers the transformative process of releasing trauma through a mind, heart and gut exploration.
Time needed: 2 hours.

Is therapy for me?
The intent of therapy is to offer a space for connection to reflect, relieve and heal. It can present an opportunity for processing choices, learning new perspectives, making mindset shifts and growth in awareness and self-compassion. Therapy is NOT meant to fix anyone or be the solution to the difficulties of the human experience. Therapy is meant to be an addition to one's healing process and provides as much as what the client puts in and choose to engage outside in daily life.
